Vegan Korean Inspired Bulgogi Bowls
If you haven’t had kimchi before, you are in for a treat. Kimchi is a Korean staple made from fermented vegetables; you can find it in most grocery stores in the fridge portion of the produce aisle. If you do not care for kimchi, try making Pickled Red Onions. Top this bowl with homemade vegan spicy mayo. You can substitute tofu or tempeh for the ground, if desired.
