Try making your own vegan tzatziki and hummus for these bowls, they’re easy to prep ahead and full of delicious flavours. If you don’t like olives you can leave them off or add extras if you’re an olive fan. For any big appetites, you can add cubed tofu, chickpeas, or some seeds and sliced almonds! Add your own homemade pickled red onions to these bowls.
