Use GF oats.
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 325 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix together the apple sauce, maple syrup, oil, and vanilla.
Mix together the oats, pecans, hemp hearts, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mix to combine, and evenly distribute on the prepared baking sheet(s).
Bake for 25-30 minutes. Store in a sealed container at room temperature.
