Weeknight Pho
Pho is a Vietnamese soup with a flavourful broth, rice noodles, and a variety of delicious toppings. This weeknight version is a quick and easy way to bring these delicious flavours into your home. Traditionally, pho broth is made by boiling beef bones. We recommend using a high-quality, low sodium beef stock here as it makes a big difference! Thai basil is preferred if you are able to find it. We enjoy serving this family style and letting everyone add their own toppings.
