Vegan Raspberry Parfaits
Make your own granola or simply purchase a good quality granola from the store for these parfaits. You can even make a berry chia compote by simply thawing the berries and adding 1 tablespoon each chia seeds and maple syrup for every cup of berries, stirring, mashing and refrigerating! This is completely optional of course. These can be made ahead the night before if you’re in a rush the next day.
