These tuna lettuce cups are so versatile. To make this more filling, serve the tuna salad on slices of bread or in a wrap to make a sandwich, with crispy iceberg lettuce. Or if you’re home for lunch, you can add a little bit of cheddar and turn them into tuna melts!  Substitute chickpeas for the tuna if you’re not a fan of tuna!
