These Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowls are easy to come together and make for a quick and delicious dinner. They were inspired by our favorite Teriyaki bowl from Cactus Club and we think we were pretty successful in creating this dupe… but we’ll let you be the judge! This is a great dinner if you have vegetables in the fridge you need to use up, you can flex it to whatever you have on hand. These bowls are also great with shrimp or tofu as the protein! We’ve linked our homemade teriyaki sauce below, if you have the time, we highly recommend making it from scratch.
