These drumsticks are the perfect balance of sweet & spicy for an easy summer dinner! Smoked paprika adds an amazing flavour, but regular paprika will work just fine too.

    long English cucumber(s), cut into matchsticks

    carrot(s), peeled & cut into matchsticks

INSTRUCTIONS

1.

Season the drumsticks with the Dijon, paprika, sriracha, maple syrup, oil, garlic powder, and onion powder. Rub the marinade on the chicken until coated and let marinate 10-15 minutes while the BBQ preheats.

2.

BBQ the chicken on medium heat for 7-9 minutes on each side, flipping as needed to prevent burning, until the chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165 F. Remove from the grill and serve with the veggies and dip.
