These Summer Salmon Bowls are everything we crave on a warm evening: fresh, light, and bursting with seasonal flavour. For best results, pat the salmon dry before cooking and oil the grill (or pan) well to prevent sticking. Placing the salmon skin-side down first and letting it release naturally makes flipping much easier. Be gentle when mixing the salsa to keep the avocado intact.
