1.5Cuplarge flake oats
0.5Cupdiced strawberries, plus extra to garnish
Lower Carb Option
Substitute 1/4 of the amount of chia seeds for the oats.
Use a plant-based milk and yogurt.
Gluten Free Option
Use GF oats.
Mix together milk, oats, maple syrup, and diced strawberries. Distribute among mason jars (1 per person) or airtight containers. Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight. Top with Greek yogurt when ready to enjoy. Garnish with extra sliced strawberries if desired.
