0.5lbsground (beef, chicken, turkey, or veggie ground)

0.5yellow onion(s), diced

.75zucchini(s), grated

2carrot(s), grated

1Tablespoontomato paste

2Tablespoonketchup

1Tablespoonlow sodium soy sauce

2hamburger buns

Use GF soy sauce or tamari and GF hamburger buns.
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large frying pan over medium heat brown the ground; if using veggie ground or very lean meat add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan prior to adding the ground. Once the ground is cooked, add the onions and garlic and continue to cook over medium heat until the onions are translucent and soft, around 3-4 minutes.
Add the zucchini, carrots, and half of the water and cook until the vegetables have cooked down and softened, 8-10 minutes. Add the tomato paste, soy sauce, ketchup, and remaining water and continue to cook until everything comes together, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, lightly spread each bun with butter and toast the hamburger buns in a pan or in the oven. When the filling is done evenly distribute between the buns and serve!
