These Savoury Breakfast Tarts are baked upside down with the filling underneath a puff pastry topping, then flipped before serving to help keep the pastry deliciously flaky! Remember to thaw your puff pastry before making this recipe, and if prepping ahead, we recommend serving with a sliced hard-boiled egg if you’d prefer not to fry an egg right before enjoying.
