Quick Chicken Paprikash
This is a simple quick version of a classic Hungarian dish. Add extra chicken thighs for heartier appetites. You can use a blender to puree the sauce if you don’t have an immersion blender: be sure to remove the vent cap and cover with a dish towel while blending if doing so. Any colour of bell pepper works in this recipe. Hungarian paprika is traditional, but standard paprika works just great too!
