We used an assortment of fruit here and we absolutely love adding the whole peeled orange! You can use a fresh or frozen banana depending on how thick you like your smoothies. The hemp hearts add healthy plant-based omega 3 fats and protein! If you like a thinner smoothie, you can add a touch of milk, fruit juice, or water.
