Peanut Butter Cup Smoothies

The cocoa or cacao powder in this smoothie is entirely optional but really makes it feel decadent (and totally kid-approved!). You can alternately sweeten this, if needed, with pitted dates instead of maple syrup if you have them on hand (I usually use 2-3 pitted Medjool dates per recipe but it depends on how sweet you like it).
