Mediterranean Skillet
This is a One-Dish Wonder! Fresh herbs make all the difference here. We recommend using precooked sausages for this recipe. If you have uncooked, make sure to cook them through beforehand either by panfrying or roasting in the oven at 375 F for about 15 minutes. Our favourite type of sausage for these is either roasted red pepper or spinach & feta, but any kind will work.
