This wrap uses the frittata you made on Sunday, making this a quick and easy breakfast! We love grilling this wrap to give it a little crunch on the outside and it really makes the flavors of the cherry tomatoes pop! Warming the tortillas up for 15-20 seconds in the microwave before assembling the wraps makes it way easier to get a tight wrap without having the tortillas split.
