An easy breakfast quesadilla to start your day off strong! Serve with a side of salsa, plain Greek yogurt or your favourite hot sauce! If you want to make this heartier you can add some finely diced sweet bell pepper or chopped spinach (just don’t overload it). You can also serve this with a little fruit salad if desired.
