This recipe will make extra granola! It’s great to have on hand when you need a quick breakfast; feel free to add ½ cup of sliced almonds or extra nuts and seeds to the granola should you wish. You can use any type of fruit here! Simply make these into yogurt parfaits (assemble just prior to serving) if you don’t want the frozen option. Feel free to use coconut oil or replace with another neutral oil of choice. Note the granola in this recipe makes extra for leftovers!
