Falafels
Falafels are not only an amazing source of protein, but they are full of delicious herbs and spices. Falafels are a Middle Eastern Street food that have been around for years, believed to have been created in Egypt but it was so long ago that there aren’t any concrete details. We love these homemade Falafels on salads, in wraps, or dipped in tzatziki as a snack! You want to make sure you use dried chickpeas here not the canned ones. You can air fry these instead of pan-frying them, simple air fry at 400 F for 8-10 minutes.
