Easy Dippy Eggs
If you like your eggs a little runnier, cook them for 5 minutes instead of 6. If you don’t like runny eggs, cook them for 7-8 minutes to hard boil them. Hard-boiling them also makes this easier to take to go! You can adjust the number of eggs based on your appetite.

Lower Carb Option
Omit the bread and hard boil or scramble your eggs with veggies or greens.

Gluten Free Option
Use GF bread.
Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Reduce to a rapid simmer and gently add the eggs to the pot and boil for 6 minutes. When the eggs are done, remove from the pot and immediately rinse under cold water to stop them from over cooking.
While the eggs are cooking toast the bread and butter the toast. Cut the toast into 4-5 slices vertically to create little toast sticks.
When the eggs are done gently use a knife to crack and cut off the tops of the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Serve the eggs with the toast sticks and a side of fruit salad.
