Buffalo Chickpea Wraps
You can leave out the buffalo hot sauce for kids or if you’re sensitive to spice (or sub a different sauce) but it really does add so much flavour! These are great with a pickle served on the side.

1- 398 mL can(s) chickpeas, drained & rinsed
1Tablespoonbuffalo hot sauce (or more to taste)
2romaine lettuce leaves
.5long English cucumber(s), sliced
Salt & pepper, to taste
Use vegan mayonnaise.
Gluten Free Option
Use GF tortillas and a GF buffalo sauce.
Roughly mash the chickpeas with mayonnaise and hot sauce, stir in the diced celery.
Assemble your wraps with the chickpeas, sliced avocado, lettuce leaves, and cucumber. Season with salt and pepper. Roll tightly and place in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to eat.
