If you’re a fan of brussels sprouts then you will love this salad! The apples add a nice sweetness and a bit of crunch while the parmesan adds a touch of saltiness. For any large appetites, you can add a sliced cooked chicken breast or a couple slices of crispy bacon. If you can’t find shaved brussels sprouts at the grocery store, use a mandoline, food processor or sharp knife to shave them. You can make your own Classic Vinaigrette dressing here!
