Frequently Asked Questions: Fraîche Table Members

How do I make changes to my membership?

You can switch your membership between monthly and annual by selecting the menu (three lines in the top right corner), then selecting “Account”, and then the “Subscriptions” tab. From here you can adjust your membership. Any changes to your billing will be reflected on the final signup page for your review.

How do I update my account information?

You can update your account information, including your email and credit card information, at any time. Simply click the menu bar in the top right corner (the three little lines) and choose Account. Once you update your information just be sure to click save!

How do I install the Fraîche Table shortcut?

Follow these steps to save Fraîche Table to your smartphone or tablet home screen:

Apple devices:

  1. Launch Safari
  2. Open www.fraichetable.com
  3. Select the share icon in the bottom centre of the screen
  4. Select “Add to Home Screen”

Android devices:

  1. Launch Chrome for Android
  2. Open www.fraichetable.com
  3. Tap on the 3 vertical dots for menu options
  4. Select “Add to Home Screen”

How do I change my dietary preferences, serving sizes and meals I see in the plan?

The preferences page allows you to update the dietary restrictions, number of servings and meals that appear by default in “My Plan”

To view your preferences or make changes, select the menu bar in the top right corner, then select “Preferences”

From here you can choose the following for your default meal plan:

  • Diet Restrictions: No Restrictions, Vegan or Gluten-Free
  • Meal Planning For: 2 or 4 people
  • Meals: All or Dinners Only

You can make changes to your preferences at any time, as many times as you’d like.

What if I don’t like one of the meals in my week?

No problem! You are able to customize your week completely to your liking, even if that means just switching out one meal! We have a resource that includes a step-by-step guide to customizing your week here. Be sure to save your changes along the way so as to avoid losing any of your precious swaps. Your Grocery List will automatically reflect any of the changes you make! Please also note that customizing your week removes your weekly prep instructions.

Help! I can’t find the recipe I’m looking for.

In the Recipe Library, you can search our ever-growing collection of recipes. To narrow the search, select the funnel icon beside the search bar to open the filters for searching recipes. From here, you can filter by type, diet, meal and protein, in addition to using a keyword search. We also suggest using the heart icon in the top right corner of each recipe photo to save your favourite recipes for easy access in the future. Still can’t find it? Email our team at info@fraichetable.com.

How do I find the recipes I’ve saved?

To find your favourited recipes, navigate to the Recipe Library, and then select the heart icon beside the search bar. This will bring up all the recipes you’ve saved.

How do I go back to the default (un-customized) week?

To access the default week to see the prep or recipes, select “My Plan,” then “Swap Week,” and there will be a button at the top that says “Default Week.” This will then bring you back to the original week where the recipes and all prep will show. Can I print off my meal plan?

All memberships include the ability to print off the grocery list and weekly overview; however, you are unable to print off the recipes and the weekly plans unless you are on an Annual Membership. The meal plan has been carefully designed for optimal convenience at your fingertips, and is easy to access and follow from any device (mobile, tablet, or desktop).

How do I cancel my subscription?

While we are sorry to see you go, you can cancel anytime with the click of a button from your Account Page. Once on your Account Page, navigate to “Subscriptions,” and then “Cancel.”

How do I submit feedback?

We would love your feedback on your experience with Fraîche Table! You can click the menu bar in the top right corner (three little lines) and you’ll see the word “Feedback“. This is the best way to submit your feedback to us, or you can email info@fraichetable.com.
