Our filters make it easy to find specific recipes you’re looking for or to browse for new inspiration. In the Recipe Library, simply select the control icon to the right of the search bar. You can filter the Recipe Library or a search term by Meal, Type, Diet Restrictions, and Protein. It’s as easy as that!

FRAÎCHE TABLE FILTERS
1. DIET RESTRICTIONS
Here is where you can filter recipes by diet restriction, including: Any, Vegan, Gluten-Free, Vegetarian and Dairy Free. Note that your library is automatically filtered by the dietary restriction you have set your preferences to!
2. MEAL
No matter what type of meal you are searching for, filter easily by Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Dessert, Baking, Snack and Staples.
3. TYPE
The ‘Type’ filter is arguably the most fun and unique to Fraîche Table! We often add new categories to this filter to help you navigate the world of meal planning even more effectively. Currently, you can include any of the following in your search or filter:
- BBQ: Recipes that can be grilled or cooked on a BBQ
- Crockpot: Recipes that use a slow cooker or have a slow cooker option
- Air Fryer: Recipes that use an air fryer or have an air fryer option
- Sheetpan: Recipes that are made using a sheetpan
- One Pot: Recipes that are made using only one pot
- Top Rated: Fraîche Table members’ most favourited recipes
- Kid Friendly: Recipes the whole family will love
- 20 Min. & Under: Recipes you can get on the table in under 20 minutes. Perfect for those SOS situations!
- Lower Carb: Recipes with 25g carbs or less per serving
- High Protein: Recipes with 20g+ protein per serving
4. PROTEIN
Filter by the type of protein: Chicken, Beef, Ground, Pork, Shrimp, Fish, Tofu, and Vegetarian.
HOW TO USE THE FILTERS
Maybe you’ve got chicken in the fridge and only 30 minutes to get dinner on the table. The solution? Filter by Dinner, 20 Min. and Under, and Chicken. Pick the recipe you want and get cooking!
The filters really help streamline meal planning. This feature can also be used when you’re customizing your week to help you quickly find a recipe to swap in—just another way you can save time and eat well with Fraîche Table.
