Tip: If you happen to have any leftover smoothie try putting it in a popsicle mould so the kids can enjoy it as a treat! You can add leftover kale to this smoothie if you wish but just note that it will change the colour of the smoothie to a browner hue. A tablespoon of hemp hearts also makes a great addition to this smoothie!
