Spaghetti squash is a wonderful low-carb alternative to pasta and when it’s loaded up and baked to perfection, it’s even better!With minimal ingredients and prep time, this dish is perfect for any night of the week. We recommend using a high-quality Marinara Sauce for this recipe or try your hand at making your own. Alternatively, add extra garlic and Italian seasoning to the store-bought sauce. Tip: Microwave your squash for 2-5 minutes to make it easier to cut in half.
