This wrap uses the scramble you made on Sunday, making this a quick and easy break-fast! We love grilling this wrap to give it a little crunch on the outside and it really makes the flavours of the cherry tomatoes pop! Warming the tortillas up for 15-20 seconds in the microwave before assembling the wraps makes it way easier to get a tight wrap without having the tortillas split.
