If you’re going with corn tortillas, try dipping each one lightly in salsa verde before filling to add an extra layer of flavour and help prevent cracking. To make dinner even faster, prep the chicken filling in advance. Want it extra saucy? Just spoon a little more salsa verde on top before baking!
