Korean Inspired Bulgogi Bowls
If you have a crock-pot, you can cook your beef for 3-5 hours on low if desired. If you haven’t had kimchi before, you are in for a treat. Kimchi is a Korean staple made from fermented vegetables; you can find it in most grocery stores in the fridge portion of the produce aisle. If you do not care for kimchi, Pickled Red Onions will work! You can substitute any type of ground for the beef if desired.
