The longer you marinate the chicken the better it will taste! This is such a yummy dinner, one of our favourites. Shaking the par-boiled potatoes helps make the oven fries extra crispy once baked. If your oven isn’t big enough to accommodate 2 baking sheets simply place the chicken breasts onto the same pan as the oven fries.
