GF Shrimp Peanut Noodles
If you forgot to thaw your shrimp, no worries! Place your shrimp in a bowl of cold water and let thaw 10-15 minutes. If you want to make this even heartier, you can cube a 350 g block of extra firm tofu and cook it with the shrimp and/or double up on the veggies! If you have leftover peanut sauce it makes a great dressing to go along with your big batch salad. Have everything ready and beside the stove as this comes together quickly.
