GF Korean Inspired Bulgogi Bowls
If you have a crock-pot, you can cook your beef for 3-5 hours on low if desired. If you haven’t had kimchi before, you are in for a treat. Kimchi is a Korean staple made from fermented vegetables; you can find it in most grocery stores in the fridge portion of the produce aisle. If you do not care for kimchi, you can make Pickled Red Onions. You can substitute chicken, shrimp or tofu for the beef if desired. As a more budget friendly option, you can use any ground you’d like.
