This skillet deconstructed lasagna is much easier than a traditional lasagna, but still has all the same great taste. Use your preferred choice of ground in this recipe. If you don’t have a cast-iron skillet, it is just as good topped with cheese and served without the final broiling step, or simply transfer to a baking dish and cover with cheese before broiling.
