Nut Free Option

Substitute tahini for the almond butter.

Plant-Based Option

Substitute maple syrup for the honey.

Gluten Free Option

Use GF old-fashioned oats.

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients together. Wet your hands slightly and take around 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball, place onto a baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining mixture.

Place the balls on the baking sheet in the fridge for 1-2 hours until chilled. Transfer into a covered airtight container and refrigerate until ready to eat!
