We’re not too sure why we didn’t think of this sooner! This Breakfast Panzanella is amazing and makes for a fun unique breakfast. For small appetites you can decrease the number of eggs to two. This breakfast is best made fresh in the morning. Tip: store your fresh loaf of bread in a plastic bag to prevent it from getting too hard.
